Furney HALL and second wife Piercy PRICE - HALL. Furney was born10 May 1806, Johnston County, North Carolina, died 12 Sept. 1876 Ray County, Missouri. Piercy PRICE born 1812, North Carolina, died 1881, Ray County, Missouri, Furney came to Ray County from North Carolina, and was one of the early settlers. Furney is the father of William A. HALL. Piercy is Furney's second wife and sister to his first wife Zilpha PRICE. Zilpha is the mother of William A. HALL.

Just wanted to make a contact for future research on some ancestors. My latest search is for information on Jerrebe STONE. My ancestor, his daughter was born in Ray County, MO about 1832, Nancy Ellinore STONE LEABO. Other searches have been for Permit MATHENY and his father Robert MATHENY. Also for John MCBEE who married Sarah MATHENY in Ray County. They sold land in 1850+/- That Sarah had a father Permit MATHENY.

I have been trying to find information on W.N. HUGHES and his wife Martha THOMPSON HUGHES who lived in Ray County in the early 1900's. She was my maternal great-aunt. She was born in Maries County, Missouri, and married W.N. HUGHES. I have no dates except she was born in 1867 (?), I believe. They at one time lived in Orrick in Ray County.
