GORHAM, MAUSUI posted by Patricia Pierce on Tuesday, October 13, 1998

I am hoping to find any related links to either of these names. I am not exactly sure of the spelling of Mausui. My great- grandfather was Jessie F. GORHAM, his wife was Minnie P. MAUSUI. Both were listed as born in Ray County, MO. They had two daughters, Opal Marie GORHAM b.December 30th, 1907-d. July 2nd, 1919 (according to her death certificate) and it says she is buried in the New Hope Cemetery? Her sister, my grandmother, Louise Mary GORHAM (I think she changed her name from Minnie Louise to Louise Mary?)was born July 6th, 1911, d. September 20th, 1961(according to her death certificate) I am not sure if these girls were born in Ray Co. but Opal died there. The informant on her death certificate was an Oscar GORHAM?????? Any information on these people would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Patricia

BALL, BOWMAN posted by shirleyb@kc.net on Sunday, October 18, 1998

I wish to correct an error in the last posting re: Joseph BALL. Ida BALL Bowman died January 14, 1954 ? not June 8, 1950. It was her husband, Samuel F. BOWMAN .who died June 8, 1950. The obituary did not list the year of her birth, but it was probably 1954. The obit listed her age at death as 84.

I have been unable to find any info on either in the ssdi or any other source. I was told that jesse cleveland ENDSLEY's father was a Col. Abe ENDSLEY out of NC or TN. and that he was an auctioneer. All members of BUDISLICES family are deceased as far as i know. Charley was married to Edra RICHARDS. Charley BUDISLICES had a brother Rudolph , I last heard of him in Chicago in the 70s. Charley is buried in the Cemetary on the highway west of Richmond. Any info on these would be greatly appreciated. I am at a dead end here. Thanks Chuck Endsley
