In the 1940's a man by the name of Kirtley went around the county and took the tombstones and put them at the house on Hwy 10.

House with porch on three sides of it. East of barn there is a row of black locust trees. The barn lot was the cemetery.

A man bought the property, took the stone and made a sidewalk and foundation for a smoke house out of them.

He sold the property and the people who bought it didn't like walking on the tombstones. They tore the sidewalk out and tore the smokehouse down. They dug a trench and put the broken up tombstones in the trench and covered them up.

The name of the cemetery was not known.
