Big Black Cemetery Binder [this info is inaccurate:] Mayberry Cemetery is on the Earl Holt farm. It sits just east of a curve in the road that goes north. It is a well kept cemetery. It is a small cemetery with only 2 marked stones in it. Copied by David L. Ballew in 1976, West Palm Beach, Florida; T52R27S23 [CC comment: this should be section 14 not 23, and it was NOT on the Earl Holt farm, it would have been on the G.W. Bray (Brady) farm]

Other Comments CC comment: no idea why this was ever called Mayberry Cemetery; there were actually 3 (not 2, as indicated by the 1976 reading) stones in this cemetery; see transcription

from researcher: "Henry Hampton Pugh is my 3rd great grandfather. I am not sure why it is called Mayberry other than his oldest daughter married John Hampton Mayberry. Henry Hampton Pugh was married 3 times. First to Sarah Lile, 2nd to Melinda J. Bates, and 3rd to Rhoda Nickerson/Dickerson." Meredith Kincaid
