| Pauper's Field Cemetery | T54R29S03 | Just over the Caldwell County Missouri Line into Ray County Missouri, about 4 ½ miles southwest of Polo, Missouri. The cemetery is located off C Hwy towards Elmira. When C Hwy takes a wide left turn, 230th street will go straight. Turn on 230th street. Go about 1 mile and then turn left onto Davis road. You will see the Watkins Brothers sign on the left and follow their private dirt road about ¼ of a mile and you will run right into Taylor Cemetery which hasn't been used since 1900. Nearby on the property is an indigent cemetery "Pauper's Field" still in use today. |
