In the town of Elmira, from Harper Avenue, turn west onto James Street, turn north onto Roberts Avenue, turn west onto Cemetery Road. Cemetery is on the south side of the road.

1973 Ray County History: The first graves were those of Thomas Crowley, October 1, 1902 and W. H. Newton, Co. C. 44, Mo., Inf. (No date). In 1935 an addition was added, known as the Childress addition and another in 1973 known as the James addition, making the cemetery about one and one-half acres. The cemetery is well kept through a perpetual care fund. (1973)
