Hannah BOYLES appears on the, 1850 Ray Co., Mo. census, as (55) years of age, born in Va. and married to, John BOYLES (55) years of age, born in Ky., farmer. The before mentioned couple are found on the, 1850 Ray Co., Census, residing with their children; Jane, Eliza, William, Samuel, Henry, Sarah, Michael, and Gabriel. GESS/HARGRAVE, John GESS and Sarah HARGRAVE were married in Ray Co., Mo., July 3rd., 1859. They resided in Ray Co., until 1863, wherein they, by way of wagon train, left Mo. for the Great North West. Researching the families of Allen BALL and wife Patsy/Martha GOODE. They moved to Ray County in the 1830's from Adair Co. Ky. Also researching the families of Austin BALL and wife Nancy Ann MAYBERRY who married in Ray County in 1832. Austin was the son of Allen BALL and his first wife, Betsy CHRISTISON. Austin died in Ray Co. ca 1884. Allen died ca 1854..(from bible records) Unable to locate burial place but possibly in a church graveyard.

Interested in info on Perciller JOHNSON or Petsilla JOHNSON who appears on the 1830 Ray county census, probably born in Kentucky. Also John EDWARDS, possibly the same one who was the first USsenator from KY. John left his Ky land in trust to his wife Susannah Wroe EDWARDS and children and supposedly moved to Missouri to be with his mulatto sweetheart. And info appreciated.

I am interested in finding out info on Hugh B. ARCHER listed in Camden Township, Ray County, MO in 1880 with wife and 2 daughters, one named Emma J. microfilm # 429, page 11 family # 97. Family # 98 is Noah HEIPLE with wife Susan M. (CLARK) and 2 sons and 1 daughter. Susan M HEIPLE eventually married Hugh B. ARCHER and they had a son Elmo Murray ARCHER b 15 April 1885. Elmo married Lola Pearl WALLACE on 15 August 1917. They had Fostina Pearl ARCHER b 27 March 1920 in Atlantic, Cass, IA. I am also looking for info on Ernest SCHLOMAN who married Lydia WEHRMAN. They had a son Verlin Leroy SCHLOMAN on 26 January 1917 or 22 January 1917. He married Fostina Pearl ARCHER on 27 March 1939. They had a daughter Deborah Sue SCHLOMAN born in Higginsville, Lafayette, MO. Thank you for your help.
